Overview

During the summer of 2023, I interned at Rennline Automotive, a manufacturer of aftermarket components for various vehicles made by Porsche, Audi, BMW, and others. For the two-month internship,  I was tasked with adapting their Porsche 911 cupholder design to several additional models. I created two new mounting bracket designs that allow the cupholder assembly to be installed in the Porsche 996, 986, 997, 987, 991, 981, and 718 models. Minor differences between the interiors of the older and newer models necessitated brackets that were dimensionally different yet visually similar.
